Dispatch and Delivery
- Juice Cartel only accept and send orders within Australia. No international orders are accepted and in the event an order is successfully placed, a full refund will be issued
- All of our orders are sent via Australia Post.
- All orders $100 and over qualify for free express shipping
- All orders under $100 will attract a shipping fee, all shipping options are available at check out.
- All orders made prior to 1pm on business days will ship the same day. All orders placed after 1pm on business days, will ship the following business day.
- All orders placed over weekends and/or public holidays will ship on the next business day.
- Depending on your location, delivery times with Australia Post Standard are estimated at 3 - 5 business days. Australia Post Express delivery times are estimated at 1 - 3 business days.
- During any COVID lock downs or restrictions shipping times may vary.
- Juice Cartel reserves the right to adjust shipping for bulky orders - EG Large or heavy quantities of supplies.
Pick ups
- Juice Cartel offer pickup from our Bendigo Store (56a Williamson Street, Bendigo 3550 Australia)
- Pick up time are between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am and 4pm Saturday.
- Pick up orders are generally ready within the hour of ordering during business hours.
